OVERVIEW
Dubai’s Museum of the Future sought to establish international recognition, position itself as a global thought leader, and connect with SXSW’s diverse audience—while maintaining its distinctive identity amid a crowded festival landscape.
STRATEGIC APPROACH
Develop compelling press materials, execute targeted outreach to key media, and coordinate interviews with significant outlets
Provide comprehensive on-site support throughout the 5-day experience
Curate attendance for the Gala Dinner, targeting leaders in technology, sports, culture, business, and innovation
Build a media plan inclusive of timeline, target audience, keyword strategy, and messaging
Run ads, analyze, and optimize on performance of ads in real time
Develop a list of paid influencers, lead contract negotiations, produce a comprehensive creative brief, and oversee development spanning pre-event and post event coverage
Design creative on all paid ads including Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and OOH at Austin Bergstrom International Airport
Design static assets and write post copy for SXSW’s organic channels
Create front & back handbills to distribute to SXSW attendees in high traffic areas, and design posters to adhere to public surfaces
