Your board wants impact and visibility. We’re the visibility line item that earns its keep. We’ve spent 20 years building the visibility of nonprofit and civic organizations in Texas and beyond. We support capital campaigns, awareness and advocacy, donor and board communications, event and gala PR, government and municipal communications, and bilingual and multicultural outreach.
Does your agency work with nonprofits?
Yes. We support nonprofits and civic organizations with capital campaign communications, awareness and advocacy campaigns, donor and board communications, and event and gala PR. We bring the same strategy, creative and media relations we use for consumer brands, scaled to the organization’s goals, staff and calendar.
Can you help promote a gala or fundraising event?
Yes. Event and gala PR is a core part of our nonprofit work. We build the media plan, secure coverage before and after the event, coordinate VIP and media attendance, and create social content that keeps supporters engaged. The goal is visibility that helps sell tables and sponsorships this year and makes next year’s ask easier.
How do you support a capital campaign?
We help capital campaigns build public momentum: a clear case for support, a milestone media plan from quiet phase to public launch, donor and board communications, and community storytelling that shows what the project will change. We coordinate messaging with development teams so earned coverage supports the asks they’re making.
Do you work with government and municipal clients?
Yes. We support government and municipal communications, including public-private partnership projects, public awareness campaigns and community engagement. We plan messaging that works for residents, elected officials and media, and our offices in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston give us local relationships in each market.
Do you offer bilingual and multicultural outreach?
Yes. Multicultural programming is a dedicated part of our agency, led by Rose Reyes, President of our San Antonio office and Head of Multicultural Programming. We develop messaging and outreach that reaches Spanish-speaking and multicultural communities in culturally relevant ways rather than translating a general-market campaign.
How do you report results to a nonprofit board?
In terms the board cares about: awareness, attendance, donations or sign-ups influenced, and coverage in the outlets that matter to donors and partners. We agree on the measures up front, track earned, social and paid results against them, and deliver reporting that development and communications staff can take straight into a board meeting.
