Consumer Brand, Alcohol & CPG Marketing Agency: Frequently Asked Questions

A shopper doesn't care which channel reached them. We run all of them. We've spent 20 years building consumer brands in Texas and beyond. For consumer, beverage alcohol, retail and CPG brands, we bring strategy and measurement, earned media, paid media, influencer and creator programs, creative and content, social, and retail and e-commerce support together in one plan.

Can one agency handle PR, paid media, influencer and creative for a consumer brand?

Yes, and that's how we prefer to work. For Real Ale Brewing Co., our Real Lives Here campaign combined Meta and TikTok ads, an influencer partnership during ACL weekend, branded car activations at ACL and F1, and earned media in a single plan. One team owning every channel means consistent creative and one clear view of what's working.

How do you reposition a legacy brand for younger consumers?

Start with an honest look at who's buying and who isn't. Real Ale entered its 30th anniversary with an audience that skewed older and lost share in its Austin stronghold. We repositioned it as Austin's insider choice, featuring real Austinites, local musicians and documentary-style moments instead of models, and reached younger craft beer drinkers with audience-specific creative.

Can you drive e-commerce sales, not just awareness?

Yes. For Whataburger Retail's 2025 holiday campaign, we paired always-on creative with pushes for a pre-Black Friday sale, Black Friday weekend and a 12 Days of Christmas flash sale calendar, plus abandoned cart retargeting with free shipping codes. Orders rose 240% and clicks rose 85% year over year, across 10.8 million total impressions.

Do you work with alcohol and beverage brands?

Yes. Our work includes Real Ale Brewing Co.'s integrated Real Lives Here campaign. Beverage alcohol marketing comes with guardrails, from age-gated audience targeting on paid social to how creator partnerships are disclosed, and we plan around those requirements from the start so the creative can stay bold without creating risk for the brand.

How do you measure a consumer marketing campaign?

Against business outcomes first (sales, orders, store traffic or market share), then the channel metrics that explain them. For Whataburger Retail, we tracked orders and clicks year over year. For Real Ale, we measured reach, engagement and impression volume against projections across paid, influencer and earned channels, and impressions came in 76% above projection.

How do you use influencers and creators for consumer brands?

We build creator programs that fit the brand and the moment, like the 365 Things Austin partnership we ran for Real Ale during ACL weekend, influencer brewery visits and targeted gifting. We vet creators, negotiate contracts, write the creative brief and report on impressions and engagement, so creator work is accountable like any other channel.
