We've built demand for destinations from Phoenix to the Gulf Coast. We've spent 20 years building destination brands in Texas and beyond. We work with DMOs and CVBs on creative platforms, earned media, media FAM trips, partner co-op programs, crisis communications and reporting built to stand up in front of a board.
Do you have experience with CVB and DMO RFPs?
Yes. We have represented Florida's Sports Coast in Pasco County, Florida, since May 2022, and we developed the creative platform for Visit Phoenix. We know how destination RFPs are evaluated, from scope and reporting requirements to procurement paperwork, and we hold WBE, SBE and HUB certifications for procurement requirements.
What is a media FAM trip, and do you organize them?
A familiarization trip brings journalists and creators into a destination to experience it firsthand, which produces coverage no press release can. We design the itinerary, select and vet the media list, coordinate partners and hotels, and manage on-the-ground logistics. For Florida's Sports Coast, we secure and coordinate in-market media hosts and FAM trips.
How do you report destination marketing results?
Against the framework the DMO is accountable for: typically visitation and overnight stays, partner co-op participation and value delivered, earned media reach in target feeder markets, and destination sentiment. We build the reporting to survive a board presentation. For Visit Phoenix, reported campaign results include 50.8 million impressions and 52,200 conversions.
Can you support a destination through a crisis?
Yes. We've handled destination reputation work through weather events, including crisis communications around hurricanes for Florida's Sports Coast. That covers rapid-response messaging, partner and stakeholder alignment, and the harder second phase of restoring travel intent after the coverage moves on.
Do you run co-op programs with local partners?
Yes. Partner co-op is often where a DMO budget stretches furthest. We build programs that give hotels, attractions and restaurants a real role rather than a logo placement, and we collaborate with destination partners on media-facing materials and strategy so every partner's story adds to the destination's.
Can you change how travelers see our destination?
Yes. For Visit Phoenix, we confronted the misconceptions directly (the heat, the desert and the retirement stereotypes) and positioned Phoenix for affluent travelers and meetings audiences. An immersive research trip and stakeholder interviews across departments shaped the strategy, and the new Sol Like No Other platform was developed and produced entirely in-house.
Do you promote sports tourism destinations?
Yes. Since May 2022, we've promoted Florida's Sports Coast as a premier sports tourism destination, working with local, regional, national and international media on its athletic facilities, events and natural beauty. From 2022 to 2025, that work secured 1,357 placements and 64.6 billion media impressions.
